When the body of a young woman is discovered in her home, all signs indicate suicide or overdose. Although she is a recovering drug addict, her sister, Isabella Luca, doesn’t believe her sister would take her own life. An aspiring opera singer, Isabella leaves New York and looks to the one person who can find the truth, Detective Colt Jessup. He is the cop who arrested her sister on multiple occasions, but also assisted in her recovery. After six months working undercover, his focus is on stopping a large drug shipment from reaching the streets. Although Isabella pleads for his help, he is reluctant to get involved until he discovers his confidential informant may have something to do with the woman’s death. When the killer takes Isabella and two more women hostage, it is a race against time to find them before it is too late.
